Then the Web Fairy, who obviously took pity on me, presented me with a Spacenode. What a gift! Here was something that I could understand on its basic level (with the help of outstanding customer service). Here was something that was sophisticated, colorful, dynamic, fresh, playful - and inexpensive!

Now, I am writing this from the viewpoint of somebody who has only very basic knowledge of web work.

I had been looking for a new, dynamic web presence for quite some time, wanting to complement my well introduced but too narrowly focused and static website.

I was going crazy! What I found was both too fancy and expensive, or too complicated for web design dummies, or too boring.

Then the Web Fairy, who obviously took pity on me, presented me with a Spacenode.

What a gift!

Here was something that I could understand on its basic level (with the help of outstanding customer service).

Here was something that was sophisticated, colorful (I like colorful), dynamic, fresh, playful - and inexpensive!

And here is the icing on the cake: Here is something that encourages building community. There can be only as many Spacenodes as stars visible in the sky, as Silvia Hartmann said, but they are all connected with one another.

Isn't it everybody's dream to be part of a highly creative, highly supportive community? Well, there you have it. Get a Spacenode, or two, or three, and fulfill that dream.

Is there a drawback to having a Spacenode?

Well, yes, there is. You are so in love with yours that you probably spend too much time with it, time you could use to do the dishes.

Which reminds me.
